Abstract
The main goal of this paper is to create an example original Strategic Staffing Handbook that contains many of the vital tools used in the staffing process. It is the policy of EMT Crafts that this Strategic Staffing Handbook should be used as a plan of the basic personnel policies, practices, and procedures for the company. This Staffing Handbook includes definition of strategic staffing, description of the job analysis process, approach to posting a position and the related rationale for taking that approach, layout the interview process, and approach to pre-employment testing and assessment. Grounded on the information supplied in the job posting, jobseekers are able to decide whether or not the employment occasion is something they are interested in and perceive qualified for. The following sample job posting shoes what applicants should pay notice to in determining whether or not to apply on an employment occasion and how to tailor their resume.

5. An example of application form The application form plays an important role in determining whether employee will be invited to take part in the selection process at EMT Crafts. Therefore, employee:
Take time to fill all sections of the application form as fully and correctly as possible.
Fully take into consideration the main duties and responsibilities of the role, as outlined in the job explanation, before attempting to fill the form.
Use the form to show to EMT Crafts how well their skills, abilities, practical knowledge match the requirements of the role.
SECTION 1 – PERSONAL DETAILS
This section will be divided from employee’s application before assessment takes place. The reference box in the top right hand corner of each page will be allotted a number so that company can put employee’s contact details, once short listing has taken place.
SECTION 2 – EDUCATION / TRAINING
Employee should ensure that he/she include all educational qualifications, involving the subject and grade gained. Employee should also detail any pertinent training courses employee may have attended,
