If effective, he is able to create a sense of class unity that can energize everyone to achieve the class goals. And these goals can include academic excellence, co- and extra-curricular achievements, and yes, even spiritual growth and exceptional sense of loyalty towards the school and the spirit of the school.
THE PROBLEM
Statement of the Problem This study aims to determine the effectiveness of class advisers in the performance of their job in PAREF Springdale School. Specifically, the study answered the following questions: 1. Are class advisors doing their jobs properly? 2. Do class advisors help their students?

Significance of the Study The study was about the effectiveness of class advisors in the perception of their students. This is significant in finding out if having class advisors with respective classes will affect the personal growth of the student as well as their academic growth. This study could help develop the relationships between advisor and student. It will also show how the students feel about their advisors now. This could also help future generations of advisors to understand the scopes of their job properly. This study will also show the students that their advisors are important in helping them get through the arduous school year.
