Have you ever thought about a career in Human Resources? I know that Riordan Manufacturing has a position that will be open in about a year when our current Human Resources manager relocates to Hawaii. You are an excellent employee, and I believe that your strengths in remaining focused on your assignments, your ability to empathize with others, and the fact that you are outspoken and stand up for what is right are all traits that would make you a strong leader in this area. The company does not offer human resources courses, but they do offer tuition reimbursement for college education. I encourage you to further your education in order for you to move up with our company. Is this something that you would like to do? I know that you have children. Would this be possible for you? What obstacles would you face? Mr. Tigleton, you have been an excellent employee and role model here at Riordan Manufacturing, and your productivity is always promising. Your individual characteristics based off of the company’s self assessments determined your analytical strengths, social skills, focus, dedication, and positive attitude.
