Abstract Due to the increase in competition in the Retail Industry, we must impose a new marketing strategy to retain our current customers.

Our main strategy is to create a reward program for customers through XM Plus Card Rewards Program.

Achieving the above will allow us to retain our current customers by motivating them to frequently buy from Xpress Mart.

2.2 Management Section The whole operations procedure will be explained in this section. It will discuss the Operating Process of the XM Plus Card Rewards Program and the Management Training.

2.2.1 Operating Process A purchase made by a XM Plus Card holder worth Php100.00 is equivalent to 1 point. Points will be computed by Amount of Purchase divided by 100 is equals to the number of points earned.
Example :
First Purchase PHP 90.50 / 100 = 0.91 points
Second Purchase PHP 125.00 / 100 = 1.25 points
Accumulated Points 2.16 points Assigning points for purchases made:
Step 1. Encode all the purchases using the barcode reader.
Step 2. Swipe the Card on the card reader during the transaction to record the accumulated number of points equivalent with the purchase made. Redeeming accumulated points through paying for purchases:
Step 1. Encode all the purchases using the barcode reader.
Step 2. Swipe the Card on the card reader during the transaction to view the accumulated number of points earned.
Step 3. Ask the customer if they want to pay using the accumulated points on their XM Plus Card.
Step 4. Press the XM button on the P.O.S. counter to deduct the necessary points from the XM Plus Card.
