We will start servicing the loan in 6months when an appreciable profits start flowing-in based on the sales forecast and break-even analysis.
2. INTRODUCTION
The world that we are living now is experiencing different environmental problems. Some affect the water; others affect the air and land, while some still affect animals, plants and humans. As globalization continues and the earth’s natural processes transform local problems into international issues, few societies are being left untouched by major environmental problems like flooding, global warming, strange death of humans and animals, loss of biodiversity among others. Most of these are linked to anthropogenic activities such as indiscriminate municipal and toxic industrial waste dump, untreated industrial effluent and emission, uncontrolled burning of waste and improper handling of hazardous chemicals and oil spillage. Thus, the need for effective wastes management and environmental monitoring to enhance a clean environment and promotes the campaign for a safe environment towards a sustainable development in the year 2020 is paramount.
