Self Managed Learning is a process which persons take the initiative, with our without the help of others, in diagnosing their learning needs, formulating learning goals, identify individual and material resources for learning, choosing and implement proper learning strategies, and evaluating learning outcomes (Knowles, 1975, p. 18) .It also means managed themselves to improve their skills. Self-managed learning does not mean the learner learns alone or in isolation. That’s why self-managed learning is important for everyone to improve their abilities. Our department can also have high potential managers by using these learning styles. Therefore, I think this is a good approach for our staff to help their skills at job.

Lifelong learning Lifelong learning is the continuous learning of skills and knowledge throughout the life of an individual. School system that runs from primary school through the university and organized school-like programs produced in business for technical and professional training is formal learning. Informal learning includes individuals attain attitudes, values, skills and knowledge from daily experience ,from family and neighbors, from work and play, from the market place, the library and the mass media. It is the methods to encourage the continuous development and improvement of the knowledge and skills needed for employment and personal performance (BPP learning Media, 2010). I will use continuing professional development (CPD), workshop and further education. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a part of the lifelong learning process. It is the general and continuous updating, maintenance and enhancement of the professional and personal skills. Personal Development plans will identify training gaps and needs but other unexpected opportunities may come up which will also add towards CPD (BPP Learning Media 2010).I will use further education.
