With this in mind, Etihad Airways (UAE) will be in a position to ensure it adopts the stipulated strategies in ensuring high levels of employee motivation. By so doing, the organization will be able to achieve its objectives of maintaining high levels of employee motivation and thereby be able to enjoy overwhelming performance. The gap in employee efficiency and output will also be bridged, thus facilitating high levels of organizational performance.
