Why I deserve a raise?

One of the most important aspects of my life right now is my job. I've accomplished many goals and met standards set by you. I always listened to what you had to say and respected your authority. I've never been late to work; working 5 days a week. No matter how busy we get I've always managed to keep the box in balance and keep my customers satisfied. When the time comes and there is something new to do, you give me instructions and let me know what to do. Every time I have specific tasks to accomplish, I always make sure that it's something I take care of after my customers. When you tell me to do something specifically, I make sure that I get to it as soon as I have time in my hand. I've never argued

I've learned a lot of skills that I picked up from you, my management skills improved quite a bit and the carwash has never been busier. My performance is outstanding at the car wash, you have said so you're self. I have a lot more responsibilities now then I ever had in the first month of my work. I think that with all of these great examples and true facts, you will realize how important of a role I play for this carwash. I am looking to stay working here for a while, its something I enjoy doing and achieve excellence in. With all of these wonderful facts I have no doubt in my mind that you will consider giving me a raise for all of my knowledge that I have gained with only a couple of months. I look forward to working with you in the future and fix any problems that would improve the workplace for a better environment for our customers. Thanks for giving me a chance to show you what I can accomplish, I hope you can see that my limits are not limited and I take my job seriously and wish to further my career.
