This would have prevented few cases of conflicts reported among partners. Handling decision making Judging from the work done, the team was aware of the little time we had, given the number of patients. Hence, they made decisions that helped solve the situation. In short, the decisions were done correctly. Impact of technology and virtual teams on group process Technology and virtual teams to some extended affected the group process. Some nurses did not possess some skills to operate certain equipment hence, delaying the whole process. 17u6d1-Cohesion, Inclusion, and Identity Individualism and collectivism Individualism refers to the situation whereby everyone in the group is acting on his or her own choices. Individualists interact with the group as individuals. On the other hand, collectivism views group as the primary entity, having lost individuals along the way. Personally, I am a collectivist since I prefer working as a team rather than as an individual (Triandis, 2005).
