2.0 Company Summary
The Jose's Bar and Grill Restaurant Complex will be a state of the art sport bar/ Philippine restaurant complex. The complex will host a separate bar, restaurant, and small 100 person banquet hall. Location will be just out side the main gates to Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk, VA.

2.1 Bar and Grill Ownership The complex will start out as a simple General Partnership with 4 people. Since all four partner are retired Chief Petty Officers, the business will run like a Chief Mess on a ship. The partners will meet once to twice a week as needed covering and talking about new ideals, issues, employees, and go over the financial report. At the end of the weekly meeting the partners will show one face through the General Manager.

2.2 Bar and Grill Location and Facilities The Bar and Grill location is outside the main gat to Norfolk Naval Station, Norfolk, VA, which has piers to moor many large ships and over 100,000 plus personnel. The location all ready has an existing Bar and Grill with a large state of the art kitchen which was just installed a few months before Bob Green's (1/4 owner), dad passed away while making woopie! on his vacation to the Philippines.
