The open-ended question permits the respondents to answer their own words. For example, in the end of this questionnaire, the question “Please feel free to add any further comments regarding our company in the field below”, which could assist with the company find the penitential issues. The close-ended question limits the respondents to alternatives determined in advance by the questionnaire’s designer. It is easier to code and analyze, which could be more effective. Additionally, the designed questions with rating scales that asks for a rating of the extent of agreement or disagreement with a statement. The questions in this questionnaire produced by the website named SmartSurvey, which could provide the high response rates and might be more professional.
