The comment messages in this communication are the managers will be division of work for each group of employee to perform in their department. For example: the manager of Customer Service Department of Vietravel wants to collect the evaluation of customers about tours of Vietravel after customers travel with Vietravel to know the strength and weakness in tours of Vietravel which make customers unsatisfied and satisfy. And then the manager will ask one group in Customer Service Department have to do the survey to collect the customer’s feedbacks after finish the tour. Have many ways for manager communicate with staffs:

✓ Face to face: meet the group leader to give the request.

✓ Meeting: arrange the meeting for discuss and give the request.

✓ Telephone: calling direct the one who manager wants to give the request.

Besides that, in communication among department and staff is also having communication between staffs with staffs in different department. it do not the same communicate between CEO with Directors or managers with staffs because communication in this case is only share the experience and skills work, help each other improve themselves. For example: Vietravel has new staffs and they do not have enough experience or skills for working so they have to be training and old staff may share for them their experience or skills in working.
