4. STATEMENT OF HYPOTHESIS The following hypotheses is formulated for the conduct of this research work: HO: Effective time management does not enhance employees’ productivity in an organization. Hi: Effective time management does enhance employees’ productivity in an organization.

SIGNIFICANT OF THE STUDY The findings of this study will be beneficial to the staff of Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria Kaduna (FRCN) the organization itself and further researchers First of all the staff will benefit from this study as the study explore ways by which time is to be managed and the impact of time management with respect to identifying of principles will also be explored. The staff will also have full knowledge of how to allocate time carrying out their duties with emphasis laid on importance of time as it impact on productivity.
