Resources: In a community like the church; we are able to appeal to people to collectively pull resources (whether it is monetary, material, skill etc) together to achieve a desired goal that is mutually benefiting to all in the long run.

platform: This refers to the multifaceted opportunities that arises from the very nature of the church as a human society as well as a social community. This is creates a good platform of advantage to showcase the talents, competences and skills-As the members, also belong to other communities.

Hence, the impact of the exploitation is examined below:

• Educational: The church because of her population of youths developed a policy of encouraging them to take to academics.

By giving those with admission into Universities a gift sum of sixty thousand naira while those going into Polytechnics, Colleges, etc, fifty thousand naira.

Also, she organizes highly subsidized tutorial classes for Primary school Pupils as a way to help them do better in their academic pursuits.

In addition to these afore mentioned above, the church has a system in place to challenge as well as to encourage old graduates to improve themselves academically and professionally to increase their personal self-worth which invariably adds value to the net-worth of the community’s human resources.

• Skill Acquisitions: The Church has put in place a system that encourages elderly skilled
