The areas are related to financial, customer service, internal process, corporate learning and growth. Financial areas relates to Hyatt’s return on total assets and inventory turnover. Hyatt Hotel Corporation can use revenue management skill to price their product and purchase less inventory. Customer service area relates to the customer wait times, satisfaction and stay experience. Increase skilled and experienced front desk service employees is necessary to get better customer service. Internal process focus on the service process innovation, which encourage Hyatt to provide creative service and maintain a good relationship with local new emerging markets’ governments. Learning and growth includes employee satisfaction, teamwork spirit, and specialized hospitality knowledge. Hyatt need continue corporate training programs and improve unique rewards while educating employees with professional knowledge. Finally, this report provides recommendations according to the overall environment analysis and gives the conclusion. In consideration of the high cost within hotel industry, Hyatt should take some actions to achieve sustainable development: Water saving program, which aim to avoid wasting water by providing more thoughtful installations; Energy saving program, which call for the use of natural light or LED lights to reduce electricity use; Employee training program, that emphasize the importance of training the employees to form
