Patrizia has a set of standards when it comes to the products in her retail store. All of her products have to be made with the finest materials and this is why she travels to Italy twice a year to handpick clothes for the upcoming season. Patrizia feels responsible if she has a dissatisfied customer and believes she must do everything in her power to please them. She wants her clothes to last for a long time and be one of a kind. Patrizia believes this is the ethical way to run any business and is the responsibility she must hold up to her customers. In addition Patrizia explained to me that her strategy for gaining and maintaining new business opportunities is the customers. It’s all about pleasing the customers, everyone that comes through her door she opens them with open arms.
