HR Consultancy – Company Structure

We are not a huge organisation and as such we do not have an extensive or over complex structure. As the MD, Hilary Roberts manages every aspect of the business with a very ‘hands-on’ approach. She operates a ‘open door’ policy for all staff but in the first instance please direct general queries to your Divisional Manager. There are 3 Divisional Managers in HR Consultancy that report directly to Hilary Roberts, you will report into John Smith along with 3 other Team Managers within his Division. You will have 6 Direct Reports and a total FTE headcount of 9. There is a support structure in HR Consultancy which consists of the Financial Controller, HR Manager and Sales Support staff. This team is managed by the FC who also reports directly to Hilary Roberts.
