In the army accountability is everything. The definition of accountability is an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for ones actions. The way that selfless service relates to accountability is that you shouldn’t have to have accountability of everything to please everyone else you should do it for your self. No one should tell you to do some thing. You should know what you have to do and do it for your self with out being asked. It Is simple soldier tasks that mean the most. Like how down range you should have to selfless service to keep accountability of your weapon and to clean and maintain it.
