I feel that no two people are the same and have different
Components; however that does not indicate one will function less effective than the other. A person may not connect all of the points as one module, but they may have strengths in other areas which compensate for the disconnect.

Nursing Theory Guiding My Practice

I have researched and reviewed many theories and the theory that I have truly connected with is, Faye Abdellah- Nursing Theory. The theory guides my practice because it explains that
“nursing is based on an art and science that moulds the attitudes , intellectual competencies And technical skills of the individual nurse into the desire and the ability to help people, sick or well cope with their health needs.” Nursing Theory (2013) Faye Abdellah- Nursing Theorist. The theory bring forth the patient centered model, which is the foundation of nursing and what it is driven by. The care given is directly focused on the need of the patient;
