OBJECTIVES
Our main objective is integration into society. Oculus Rift is a new product and a lot of customers don’t know anything about it, so our goal is to convince them that Oculus Rift is what they want.

A. CUSTOMER SERVICE
In order to get a big customer base, we must provide the best services! As people are not familiar with the product it may cause a lot of problems especially in the beginning, our goal is to explain how it works, to provide warranty, to create a website with immediate response to problems customers may have.
B. GROWTH
Oculus VR is a small company providing unique services. And big part of the success is in the hands of game developers. So in order to expand we need to generate more buzz in this society. Plus create new agreements with big publishers. C. FUNDING
Matrix Partners and Spark Capital are the main investors so it’s very important to sustain productive relationships with them and also to look for new finance resources, before commercial release.
