COMPETITION ANALYSIS There are two legal competitors and three general delivery competitors that we really need to be concerned with before we make any further decision making. Walton Legal Service is a medium size, well-performed Courier Company due to Kevin Walton's hard work. However, this successful courier company has a high employee turnover rate because of low minimum wage payment. Michael Collingwood has a relatively small, but experienced and trustable Courier Company. Since he has already operated for more than 20 years, Collingwood keeps his six largest clients as his major source of income revenue. However, Michael is losing business now because of his reputation for being less personable, less flexibility, and less variety of services. At this moment, we have a good chance to attract his six large clients to our courier company in order to increase our income revenue and even extend our market share. Forest City Letter Service is a small, but well-operated Courier Company which is operated by an energetic owner, Dong Jansen.
