These reduce the time spent travelling to Head office or each other Practices for meetings. The introduction of the company intranet in 8 weeks will have a huge impact on how we communicate between all of us, information and feedback at the click of a finger. Policies, newsletters, reward systems, vacancies, exit interviews among others will be available to all employees and also reduce, hopefully the time spent calling Head office to obtain basic information.
More and more patients’ communication is done through the internet and mobile phones, such as text reminders of appointments and/or promotions, this proves to be very cost effective.

HRM is an integral part of every business organization, and it is important to have a highly skilled and motivated workforce that will assist in achieving desired goals and move successfully ahead in the industry (Torrington, Hall and Taylor, 2008).
Talent Planning will be a key area for HR to focus over a long term success. As a growing business, HR needs to be looking ahead to make sure that the best people are recruited and that they engage fully growing with Southern Dental. It looks further than to the actual recruitment of people, rather are those people going to be in place ready and fully prepared for the challenges that the business will bring. How do we ensure that they stay working for Southern Dental and not leave to work for our competitors. We need to be looking at succession plans, have we recognized
