Health and safety is so that the area you are working is free of any obstacles that may cause accidents. The data protection is so that any information you are dealing with or information that you are using does not come out of the organisation accidentally. The financial regulations are so that money can not be taken out or replaced or embezzled without someone knowing about it.

Behaviour in the workplace is important because if there is a visitor it is best to seem business like so they think we are doing the work we’ve been assigned instead of socialising and doing nothing.

Different types of behaviour at work that show honesty, respect and consideration are by looking people in the eye when you are talking to them, giving examples to prove what you are claiming is true, keeping your eye on other people’s property if they leave the room, observing basic courtesies, such as saying ‘please’ if you want something and thanking people who help you, listen when people are talking, ask people for their opinions and ideas, respect people’s need for privacy, admit you’re in the wrong when you make a mistake, and apologise, compliment people who have done well, think about the effect on other people of what you say and how you behave. Those that do don’t do these things are being rude, dishonest and are lacking
