Frequent Shopper Program, Part II Kudler Fine foods would like to enhance the clients shopping experience by developing a system in order to track the customer purchases which will be known as a Frequent Shopper Program. The product is available standalone or as part of OMT Success Packages, which include training, consulting, mentoring and maintenance in addition to the software. (BNET. Jan, 1994)
Database Information Currently Microsoft office is being used as a database for Kudler Fine Foods which includes customer information store information inventory, and supplier information. Because of the new program being developed it is expected for client information to grow which is why Smith System Consulting will create a database e in order to provide full support online and in the store and will be controlled by a barcode system that will be implemented to scan and keep information within the database.
User Interface The current user interface with Kudler Fine foods is not sufficient and will have to change in order to support the new software being designed. Each location will also use the barcode system. The Frequent Shopper Program will have customers to provide their full names, phone number, email, address, and secondary phone numbers if they have one a copy will also be provided to the customer with a membership ID.
Controls
Customer will have different options when it comes to controlling their membership of the Frequent Shopper program. Access will be allowed through online from anywhere there is internet access and of course it will also be available and accessible in the stores. Advertisement and announcement will be provided at all locations to make all
