For the monitoring and evaluation process organization should follow the following tools:
Checklists for equipment, personnel, procedures.
Record notes e.g. interview notes, electronic action notes.
Follow-up conversations with trainees.(pone, Skype, face-to-face)
Observation and feedback.
Surveys and polls.
Oral or written feedback.
Training records to monitor training completed.
The Healthcare United 2000 is time consuming and some of the points or recruitment or selection procedures are also confusing, not clear and defined properly. I have read and developed some points and changed to the appropriate way by using the accurate information by analyzing the key areas of the procedure follow the relevant legislation.
