The teachers at Buckhannon-Upshur Middle School need to show students respect and make learning more interisting and show more one-on-one teaching methods. Should help students they know are having diffuclties learning matierls given in class. They need to supply more paper and pencils almost every other day, because in team D they give out paper and pencils every Monday. By Thursday or Friday your pencil can be worn out and teachers only supply you there pencils for the class period and some teachers don't have extra pencils.Some teachers need to watch thier language and what they say and how they say it. The teachers need to provide more help to the students who need extra help. If the teacher knows that the student is having trouble or look clueless they need to ask the student if the need help beacause some students are shy. Teacher should come to work with a smile on thier face and act like they enjoy working with the students.Because when the teachers come to work and act as if they don't want to be there. The students are less enclined to work ,ask questions,and to partisapate in class. The I personaly think that the teachers cell phones should NOT be on in their classroom. This does NOT apply to all teachers but most.
