Uniforms
I have to say that i think uniforms for a public school is a ridiculous idea. My daughter starter Emerson in Pre-K and no uniforms were required. However, apparently, the majority of the parents of the student body decided that they wanted uniforms that next year. I happen to be the MINORITY in this school district and feel that i was alienated since my minority group, was of course so small, that a fair and just pole was not taken.

I was very impressed with Mrs. Rottman. She is one of the best teachers!! She helped my daughter so much! My daughter has delayed learning and she never gave up on her. Her specialized skills advanced my child to the next grade, and we are confident the she will grow with her peers.
The teachers at this school are great as well as the office staff. It is not a very crowded school. It is a good teacher student ratio. The teachers really care about the students.
I'm not very happy with the way the school is run and operated. Granted, the school has shown some improvements relating to the staff and other such minute details, but these so called, "Improvements" cannot hide what that school is really like. To explain, it seems that the current principal is more focused on the politics of it all, rather than helping the students learn and get a education. The school is great but some teachers dont use the brain that the good lord gave a cow. Its a wonderful school but i feel it would be better if that had more respect for one another. I seen lots of things go down and some teachers still dont use their head to think. Their is a lot of back talk and scary teachers. If they have a problem they wont even tell each other. They act like babbies and dont talk. they give advice and they dont take it them selves. But the education is good but their...
