First off let me say that the issue of cell phones has become completely stupid. I agree children should not be using cell phones during class. On the bus or in the hall seem a little over zealous to me. However, that is not my main complaint. If the school truly did not want phones used during class hours then there is a simple way to fix it, buy cell blockers, found on newegg.com , not too expensive, and the high school would need about 6 to stop cell usage on school grounds, however they...
