I am a alumni student of Snowden, as well as a parent of 3 children that have been a part of the 9yr club. I'm a former student. No one cared about child abuse back in 1975. Frequent beatings with a belt affected my personality. Counselors didn't care. It was hard to attend school, especially when the well off kids made fun of the poor kids. Yes it happened. I dealt with it. I became an RN and finished my Bachelor's degree in another state. Don't be so quick to bully people when you don't know their home situation.
