While on the Harborline Cruise last week, we witnessed a lack of supervision on a field trip of Foster Park Elem students. The children were throwing trash off of the boat to watch it fly into the ocean. Parents/chaperones were informed, yet nothing was enforced. One boy threw a piece of candy at a woman's face for asking them politely to not throw trash. Children ran everywhere screaming and playing chase/tag on the boat. The employess asked a chaperone to assist in the matter as it was very disruptive to all the passengers on this tour at 1 pm. A letter and copy of videotape will be given to the District office showing what occurred. Sincerely, A concerned citizen
