I feel that this was a very good school. I really enjoyed going there.
I am a grandparent and would like to thank you for inviting me for grandparents/special person day. The performances by the bands were wonderful and I really enjoyed it, but unless your child is in the band you don't get to spend much time with them. I saw the wonderful science projects, spent about 20 minutes with her and then she had to go back to class. I was disappointed that I was not able to see her class or meet her home room teacher. Just did not seem very personal or inviting....
Latham is a wonderful school and has a wonderful staff there very helpful when it comes to all of the students needs.I'm very proud that both my daughters have got go to a very outstanding school and wonderful staff all the way to the kitchen to Mr Hamilton could ask for a better school thank you for all of the staff at Latham elementary school.thank you Heather jo Rhyne

I ATTENDED THE PRESCHOOLER PROGRAM (BABY SITTING FOR WORKING PARENTS AT THE END OF THE DEPRESSION)AT GREENWOOD SCHOOL. I WAS IN THE FIRST GRADE IN 1941. MR. FLOYD MCGLYNN WAS THE PRICIPAL, MS LIVINGSTON - FIRST GRADE, MS. THACKER - SECOND GRADE, MRS. WILSON - THIRD GRADE, MS. SNOOK - FOURTH GRADE, MRS. SMITH - FIFTH GRADE, MS.
