I am not a student, I am the wife of one of Spartans Top Honor Students. My husband is about to Graduate and the support he was promised upon graduating is very bad right now and I am greatly disappointed in this school. He is top of his class and now the school is telling him that his criminal record, which isn't that bad, is the reason that Spartan will not stand behind him and give him the support he so greatly deserves. My child has come to me a few times now upset about the "lunch lady" yelling at him.When this first came up I was not very worried. Now it has become a concern. I have talked to another parent that hes had the same problem. It seems there is an issue with one of the cafeteria workers that has a problem with the kids cleaning off thier trays and if they do not want something she screams at them. This is not acceptable for a public school employee to have this type of attitude.
My oldest dausghter has been going to this school for a long time and will complete this school this year, I have been very happy with all the teachers and the princibal. this year I tried to get help with my son who has Autism and speach delay. by law the speach eacher is supposed to give my son speach sessions. she returned my call and said that they would not even take him at the school he would have to go out of district to a school 45 miles from my home because of his special need a...
This is not a school for music I went there for three years and now attend Southmoore like it much better than Tuttle. Tuttle is great for athletes but not for music I played Bari sax and was given no credit as a musician
