The mission of Community Hospital School of Nursing is to prepare an entry-level practitioner of professional nursing who can function within a health care team in a variety of settings. As the only hospital-based nursing education program in the area, the School of Nursing continually strives to assist individuals to acquire the intellectual and professional competencies required to effectively apply the nursing process in the beginning level of practice. Faculty and staff strive to maintain excellence in current knowledge and skills in order to provide a dynamic educational environment.
