I would just like to say that this school gives you; the students the opportunity to come back and take refresher classes at no cost. Not many colleges do this for free.

I'm concerned that this school is the only adult education facility that selects your classes for you, you are not able to select them yourselves as adults. I am also concerned that to date you cannot get your books until the actual day that you start your first class. I spoke with the gentleman today that handles that arena and he said it had to do with inventory and that even though classes start in a mere 2 days, we are still not able to get books until the first day of classes which puts we the students behind the instructor by one class, and does not allow those of us who want to be interested in the first night's class as much as the last one, the opportunity to do so. If scheduling is done 2 weeks or more prior to that succeeding quarter, it is completely ridiculous that we as adults cannot have our books because of whatever reason you give. We are suppposed to adhere to your rules of calling in to let you know if we can't make it to the adult education classes and even then 9 times out of 10 the messages do not reach the teachers so I wonder why a school can't be more like a college. I have been attending for over a year and have been frustrated because I start out in one class behind by having to read what we cover in class and then the next week's assignment as well. The curriculum is not handed out with the books either so we can not work ahead there either. This will probably be read and nothing will happen as a result, but something really needs to be done to take this school up to the same level of other universities if it is to rate at all.
