East Hill Elementary School - Camillus - Submitted by: Beth Hurd Im a: Parent Date: 18/03/2010
I just wanted to let Elem Hill Elementary School in Camillus, New York to know that my son absolutely loves going to Library on the days that he is schedualed to have Library and can not wait during the weekdays to have library he is always saying how nice and caring the librarian is to him. I would just like to say thank-you so much for making my son feel so comfortable at school during the week it is so nice to know that my so loves and is so happy to go to school and, also to be there...
Jhs135 F. D. Whalen Junior High School - Bronx - Submitted by: David Im a: Former Student Date: 08/03/2010
As you walk by the front of the school look up about halfway down the building. On the second floor you will see a stick of Frito Bandito that I put up in 1971. Almost 40 years and still going strong.
Elmer Avenue Elementary School - Schenectady - Submitted by: amy Im a: Parent Date: 08/02/2010
i think that elementary students should not be walking to school. i have an infant at home, i work a full-time job and her father walks her to school but in the winter time,he is unable to do so due to my infant. He even goes outside in the winter he automatically gets an ear infection, so we do not take him out. Therefore I have to leave my job to bring her to school in which she is generally late. So because of no transportation she loses out on some of her education. To top it all of...
Horace Greeley High School - Chappaqua - Submitted by: sheila siderow Im a: Parent Date: 07/01/2010
I am a Realtor in Chappaqua and have lived here since 1972. My three sons have been educated here and enjoyed and participated in many of the advanced courses, resources and sports. Great friends that attended their weddings and keep networking throughout the world. We prize our international flavor and diverse population. We cater to the rich, not so rich in a community that is both welcoming and nurturing. Top ten in the country for high schools is the rating even when compared to private...
Government George Clinton Elementary School - Poughkeepsie - Submitted by: Maurice Im a: Former Student Date: 28/12/2009
Tears come to my eyes when think of the years of my life spent at this fine institute of learning. These tears of joy bring back many memories both good and bad. The good out weigh the bad and the bad are few. To my former teachers; Miss. Ewing, Mrs. Mcarthy, Mr & Mrs. Gleichenhous and principle Mr. Clark Thanks for a job well done. To all the wonderful people who served lunch and made the most excellent turkey and gravy with mashed potatoes and made recess that much more enjoyable THANK YOU!...
