Definetly needs training. He is obnoxious, ridiculous and rude. He thinks that he is running a day care center. These are adults who pay their way and their salaries and they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. If it was not for the students how would they survive and live. We pay for their way of living and we are treated disrespectful by this man. It was a very horrible experience for me and I could not wait to leave there. The facility is raggedy and most equipment is out of date. He has a don't care attitude and speaks to you out of necessity not on a regular basis. If you can do something for him to make him or his school look good then he is all smiles, otherwise he does not even open his mouth to you other than calling students in his office and suspending them (ADULTS)
