I am the grandfather of Zachary Peronilla who just graduated kindergarten in Miss Donohue's class at Redwood Elemntary School in West Orange. I dropped off and picked up Zach most of the time during the school year and had the opportunity to witness how Miss Donohue and the other Kindergarten teachers interacted with the children before, during and after classes. It's a decent school but needs more specialized teachers and a cleaner yard.
I THINK THAT THIS SCHOOL HAS EXCELLENT SAFETY. i FEEL VERY SAFE WHEN I COME HERE.

The best thing about West Side High School is the school spirit..I think the spirit of the school is a front for the low test scores, cafeteria fights, part-time teachers, no academic support, and for the football team that won its first championship in a really long time.
