PRJCCC what can I say I graduated 1988 still often think wishing I was back there back in the day. Like some formal students wishing there were reunions but I can see why there's not due to odd day graduations.
The only way for a reunion to occur is to establish it yourself. The closest to a reunion at Job Corps is a open house. If I knew then what I know now about reunions I would have gathered a lot more information from my friends to locate them or how to locate them.
I went to Job Corps to earned my diploma and once I left Job Corps and succeeded my next goal and retired. It was too bad that I achieved my mission from Job Corps a little fast.

i am a former student of the prjccc and i have to say that i really cherish the memories of that time in my life. i became a woman there also really enjoyed the staff and made many friends with whom i still count as friends to this day. i finished the whole program and made myself and family proud! i would'nt change a thing about my experience there and still to this day think about it fondly! the only thing i wish is that we could have some sort of alumni club and reunions!!!!

I tell you what...Job Corps was one of the best things that happened in my life. It was VERY hard to be there due to the fact that I had a child at the time. I wouldn't go back and change anything about it! I don't know who the staff is now but, our bests were Bill Courtney, Tammy Calamari, Teckla Eleson, Mr and Mrs Anthony, and SOB (Sweet Ol Bill). They were awesome and made it so much easier emotionally. Miss Bonnie and Sandy were good too. I will ALWAYS treasure my time there and the friends that I made were amazing! I still keep in touch with a lot of them. Sometimes, it can be the worst b/c you are used to things and don't like to change but, as soon as you start dealing with the system and not butting heads...awesome. I miss everyone and the routines GREATLY!!!

I came to Job Corps from Omaha public schools. I had no idea that I was a good student until I got to Pine ridge. I have wonderful memories of Job Corps, the students, the staff, the adventures with the fire team and exploring the Forest with friends and alone. I would highly recommend Pine ridge to any teen that doesn't feel like their present life is a good fit on them. Since then I have gotten a college degree with a 3.75 GPA and a first grade engineer license. Thank you Pine Ridge, I am proud to be a Jobby.

I attended Job Corps in from November 2001- November 2002. I always felt that the teachers were great at what they did for me, but it was the principal who set the standards. I really miss Job Corps sometime and my only regret is that I did not take advantage of all the oppritunities given to me.

I went to Job Corps in Dec. of 2005 and hated it at first because it was so cold, but the warmth of the people (students and staff) made a cold winter a warm summer! It was fun and worth every min. The painting instructor Harry, is the coolest instructor on campus, I think he is one of the reasons I lasted so long! Thanks HARRY!
