I went to both schools, and the only difference is the buildings. I brought out the flag and pushed up so it wouldnt hot the ground. I walked to the new school in the front with the 8th graders, I heard the speech, I sang in both buildings to say goodbye, and I played in both through the most amazing band ever, while lead by the most moving director! Yeah nothing has changed:the teachers still treat you like you are their own kids, food still is school food, and everything was fabulous threw a former student's point of view. Anyone can drive by and think its a "suburban school" but in reality its a inter-city school! No student walks out of there without a real story to tell the world, and I mean real! No person walks out without being awed by its blunt warmth. Each teacher knows what they're doing, and can handle what is put out on the plate. I have walked threw every hall, and peeked into mostly every classroom. I might've been there only a semester in the new building, but still brings me with some much joy when I sang and played the "long lost Pattengill song." C:

I think that the school looks and seems great. I have been very impressed with the staff over all! very little concerns, but they all seem to be getting addressed by the staff.
