lacks communication PARENT/TEACHER COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE!!! we had a 5th grade teacher that needs to be terminated. my daughter is 6th grade now, and we are constantly going to the teacher about grades, "oh, she doing fine" and then we get report cards or progress reports that are showing Horrible grades, now the school is saying it is our fault. when they can not send notes, call or email us. about incmplete or missing assignments. which we had save all papers found several missing papers that the teacher has graded but not recorded in her grade book. base on last year and this year @ this school I would not recondmend this school to any one. my plan is to pull my daughter and son out and go to another school that actualy cares about the students at Woodland Park Academy.

My children have attended this school for 3 years and we all love it!! They work one on one with the students and are always looking to better the school. My children are excelling academically and socially!! If you are looking for an alternative, please look into this school. You will not be disappointed!!

MY SON ATTENDED THIS SCHOOL FROM KINDERGARTER UNTIL THIS PAST SCHOOL YEAR WHICH HE WOULD OF BEEN IN 5TH GRADE. I FEEL THAT THE PARENT/TEACHER COMMUNICATION WAS HORRIBLE. MY SON WAS CONSTANTLY GETTING PICKED ON AND SENT TO THE "RTC" ROOM. I FEEL THAT THIS MADE HIM HAVE LOW SELF ESTEEM. PLEASE TAKE A TOUR AND SPEND SOME TIME IN THE SCHOOL AND CLASSROOMS BEFORE YOU LET YOUR CHILD ATTEND.
