I have two small children that attend Vern Van y. My daughters teacher has been around the world and shares these teachings in her class room , its such a blessing, the other day she had a lama in the class room. The office staff have been nothing but a joy. Van Y is a quiet, country setting type of school that upholds good moral values and puts the children first. I would rate this school a 10 as far as public schools go, i feel they do the best possible they can for the children and make the parents feel welcome.

This will be our son's second full year at Van Y Elementary. We are impressed with the faculty and staff at Van Y. The staff really know the kids and treat them with the safety and care as if they were their own. Academically, these teachers are special and we have seen such growth in our son. To have him reading at a much higher level than his grade level is going to help him be a much better student next year and years to come.
If you are considering Van Y for your child, you are making a wise decision.
