Educational Mission
The purpose of the Program is to prepare competent clinicians who: 1. Are eligible to take the ACC Certification Council, Inc. certification exam, 2. Will increase the number of midwives who are committed to providing care to all women with a particular emphasis on meeting the health care needs of vulnerable populations, 3. Will contribute to improving the health care system for women and families through practice and involvement in community and professional activities.
