Very intense! Amazing chefs! Amazing facilities! The course has negative points: very expensive! Other students can be unfriendly toward each other. Lots of locker room gossip! Exams are rigorous but fair. All chefs are really knowledgeable! After class you have to write up the daily recipees. This is the one old fashioned idea i would change for the adult students. In our hectic schedules this soon becomes a chore and not a pleasure. Too bad this isnt done in class! Too many errors hapoen as one falls asleep at the computer! Also, there isnt a recipee "template". I figured out that making a template saved the day. Wish this had occured to me earlier. Better if one had been provided! You find that as the semester unfolds that you want to go home and cook. Instead you go home and write! Very frustrating!!
