Very intense! Amazing chefs! Amazing facilities! The course has negative points: very expensive! Other students can be unfriendly toward each other. Lots of locker room gossip! Exams are rigorous but fair. All chefs are really knowledgeable! After class you have to write up the daily recipees. This is the one old fashioned idea i would change for the adult students. In our hectic schedules this soon becomes a chore and not a pleasure. Too bad this isnt done in class! Too many errors...

Being a parent of children who have been to this school and some still attending there; I am very happy with the quality of education they are receiving. Mr. Grundy is always available and the teachers are professional attentive and very interested with their work. The entire team is the best even the cafeteria ladies.
