There was a teacher by the name of Mr. Collins, he taught Algebra. He also would be in the hall ways when the bell ring Telling students to get in their class. He taught classes in the New building they built, the only building in the whole school, And they had three buildings that classes were taught, but this Building the only one that had Central Air and Heat through out The whole building, which was real rare in those days. The building was called building C. But every where mr, collins saw you, rather you was in his class or not he would ask you, what is the distibutive property? and if you didn't know it you would Have detention in his class after school and he would teach it To you and make sure you knew it, because you never knew when he was going to ask you or when you were ever going to run into him Again. He use to say, it doesn't matter if I run into you on Canal Street I expect you to know it. So until this day, I may forget a lot of things, but those are not one of them. The Commulative, the Distibutive, the Associative properties will Forever be in my memory and I thank Mr. Collins this day for Keeping me on my toes.

It Was The best Jr. High I've attended. Left Craig Elem. Went To Bell Fell In love With The band #1 Crusader Fan....I followed The Band in the worst of storms when the marched in New Orleans...Enjoyed The Everlasting Life of The Band When School football seasons and loved when we started the M.L.K. parades...on our side of town formed with the Treme East parades. It all started as an joke no one took us serious and we proved many were doubters.....The Band even Battled John Mc, St. Aug., Fortier...and Many others...The school did demand and got respect......
