I agree with the checking in and out review, being a little to easy and not very friendly. We just moved here and hope to get more resources from the school this year to meet friends, though girl scouts, ext. I think the communication could be better at the school for parent/teacher conferences- where we moved from you always met with the teacher to discuss your child and here that doesn't seem to be the norm. it is too easy for students to be checked out of school. everytime i check my child out they have never asked for indentification. they just take your word fro you saying you are the parent of a child. also i think if you are the first person people see when they come into the front office, you should be approachable and a little more friendly. if the job is too stressful, you should probably find another job.
