Blue Valley West High School - Overland Park - Submitted by: Kim Dieker Im a: Parent Date: 29/04/2008
You have a beautiful school and sports facilities at your school why not let all of your teams and spectators enjoy them. I was at a C-team girls softball game yesterday at your school. We played on the furthest field from the building. We had to walk all the way to the school to use the restroom. Thank God at 5:30 it was open. Why not have the restrooms open closer and a way to get to them other than walking clear around the fields to do so. It would make it much nicer for yout team and...

Eugene Carlile The wood shop insructor was instrumental in my career choice and was a recurring source of good advice in my early years and I will always remember him as a rock for me to lean on and talk to and just generally connect with a outstanding person. Fred Davis

Mrs. Austin and Mrs. Hazleton work very hard to make this school a place of learning and growing for students. Like any school, some of the students face challenges from outside the school environment. Parents and Guardians need to step up and help improve attendance, discipline, and scholastic issues. Basically, parental involvement needs to improve. The administration and staff are always working to improve the learning environment, but they can not do it alone. If you have a child at...
Moonlight Elementary School - Gardner - Submitted by: Lindsey Im a: Parent Date: 13/02/2008
I think moonlight is a wonderful school. My son has done nothing but excell in every aspect, thanks to the wonderful teachers. He loves going to school. They have a great care for their students, their number one concern is not getting money due to testscores like another school in town(Madison elementary). Overall this is the best school I have sent my son to yet.
Quincy Elementary - Topeka - Submitted by: amanda Im a: Parent Date: 07/02/2008
The student-teacher ratio at Quincy Elementary is lower as there aren't as many students as the average school so they get more one on one time with the teachers. I feel safe having my daughter in the school because it's in a decent neighborhood and the doors are locked from the outside so not just anyone can walk in. They have a good variety of lunches so they are not just the boring old "yuck I don't want that for lunch." meal.
