A lot has changed since I graduated way back in 1961. Not only in my life, but the world. I often think of certain things that I experience at East. Playing football, participating in track and basketball. The awesome A-choir and Swing Shows.
The tremendous coaches (Mr. Gazowski, Mr. Hanson, Mr. Weir, Mr. Doyle, Mr. Ketchum)...they all had a positive influence on me. I will always be so grateful to them. And, the wonderful teachers. But, probably what I miss most of all are the many friends I shared life with while attending East. Some of them I miss a lot! Not only in my graduating class of '61, but '60 and some of the other classes. I've never been able to attend a reunion, but maybe one day, I'll make it to one. If any of my fellow class mates reads this message, thanks for being my friend and I wish all of you well. Go Trojans! I would love to get email from any of you!!

My years at East High School back in the late 60's created wonderful memories that have been with me all through my adult life. There were a lot of good teachers, and we lived through an historical time of change and promise. I would like to reconnect with some of the students. Leora Day, are you out there anywhere? Remember when you and I starred in Thornton Wilder's "Our Town"? I remember the kiss and the grave scene. Dave Annett
