The school was excellent to start with but, as I began to finish my course work, I saw Trinity stall and take longer and longer to assess and give credit. I had to talk to the Registrars office multiple times; it took almost a YEAR to get my diploma; they 'fee'd' me to death at the end. It was great, but I think it is piddling off into nothing.

After two extremely frustrating years with Trinity, I withdrew. I started my degree with Trinity after they assured me that they were on the threshold of receiving national accreditation. They failed to pass the accreditation standards, meaning that none of the coursework that I had completed would be transferable to any other school. The time and money spent with Trinity was a complete waste of time. Add to that their refusal to refund ANY money, including an overpayment balance on my student account. Every time you turn around, they are charging you another fee, then when you ask them for a refund that you are owed, they stonewall. Phone calls are never returned. Emails are never answered. Suddenly no one wants to talk to you. AVOID THIS SCHOOL AT ALL COSTS! I am now thousands of dollars in debt for classes that are worthless. And the hundreds of dollars that I overpaid (to be used for future fees) have been deemed "non-refundable" due to some unspecified procedure that they are unable to produce in writing. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME! YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!

I am a graduate of Trinity Bible College and would recommend this distance learning school to anyone seeking ministerial training. My Trinity education has been a real blessing in my life. They are not regionally accredited and as a Bible college and seminary are better off by not coming under the influence of a secular accreditation institution that often imposes worldly values. Trinity has provided me with very practical training and courses that are many times not offered in traditional on site seminaries. Trinity's focus is training today's busy, budget minded ministers with a solid Bible foundation. I am presently pastor of a Baptist church in Montana and serve on the board of directors for Yellowstone Baptist College (another great Bible school).

Trinity withdrew its candidacy with the North Central Association, in late 2006. This was after they promised students they were pursuing regional accredidation. They very suddenly changed directions and unceremoniously dumped Dr. Edward Hogg, who had positioned them well for RA. They ask for as much of your money upfront as possible, and refuse to refund any when you transfer to another school. I am now attending a well-known school's Distance Learning Program that is both nationally and regionally accredited (SACS, TRACS). I recommend you avoid this school like the plague and find other regional or nationally accreditted schools that are out there!
