My twin boys have gone here for a couple of years now,they love it there and so do I. The teachers are great and they let you know if their are any concerns. The staff is also great they are always willing to help and answer any questions.
TO DAY MY GRANDSON WENT TO THE NURSE COMPLAINING OF AN EAR ACHE /HE WAS IN THERE YESTERDAY ALSO AND WE TOOK HIM TO THE DR. HE FELT OK TO GO THIS MORNING BUT AFTER LUNCH HIS EAR WAS HURTING AGAIN.THE NURSE HAD HIM SIT THERE FOR A WHILE THEN SENT HIM BACK WITH HIS EAR STILL HURTING, SHE DIDNT BOTHER TO CALL HIS MOM EITHER DAY SO HE WAS IN PAIN ALL AFTERNOON AND I THINK THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I HAVE HAD AN EAR ACHE AND THEY HURT. HIS MOM COULD HAVE BROUGHT SOME EAR DROPS OR AT LEAST HAD THE...
I just wanted to commend Mrs. Shivers and Mr. Conover for being such an inspiration to my son Austin. He has improved so much over the school year because of those two people. I have watched him grow and learn so quickly, and I know it is all because of them. I would just like to let them know how much I appreciate everything that they do, and thank them for being educators. This was our first year at Cowan Elementary. I have an 11 year old and an 8 year old. I have never had such a great amount of teacher support with relation to my kids-especially my oldest. He has ADHD and struggles a lot with all the responsibility a fifth grader has! Miss Keifer is his home room teacher and she is a wonderful, wonderful teacher and I have appreciated her so much this year. I would highly recommend this school system, it is the best.
I attended Arthur Campbell in 1999. I am glad to have had the opprotunity to complete my high school education. Without the school and the staff there I would never have done so. It truly is an asset to Indiana and does make a difference in peoples lives.
